Facebook Lead Data Deletion Instructions

If you want HD Roofing to delete personal information you submitted through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, our website, or another direct inquiry channel, please contact us and ask for a data deletion request.

How to request deletion

Email hdroofing.contact@gmail.com, or call (316) 285-0460.
Include the name, phone number, email address, and property address used on the lead form or inquiry, if available.
If you know the approximate date you submitted the form, include that too so we can locate the record faster.

What happens next

We will verify the request before deleting data.
Once verified, we will delete or anonymize eligible information within a reasonable period, typically within 10 business days.
We may keep limited records when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
