I called HD roofing to inspect my home for hail damage. J came out the very next day to do the inspection. He was very kind and easy to work with. He explained the process and was very thorough. Wyatt came out and inspected our roof. He was so polite and helpful. He let me know when he was on the way and arrived on time and didn't charge me anything for the inspections he offered to chaulk a place or two and still didnt charge me for a thing. Hunter was great throughout the whole process. I called them out to do a roof inspection because we got hail. He was able to find enough hail damage for insurance to pay for a roof and all new gutters. They also gave me a free upgrade to class 3 impact resistant shingles which lowered my insurance premiums. Hunter was great. He knows how to run a company and do things the right way he helped me fight with my insurance to get everything approved when they originally denied it. As far as the install, the install took one day and was as described as Hunter said it was. crew cleaned up very nicely. I have yet to see a single nail in my yard.
